BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — Update:
The Ada County Coroner's Office has identified the 66-year-old man who drowned in Quinn's Pond while paddle boarding on Friday.
Chen-Tsung Chiang of Taipei City, Taiwan was paddle boarding on Quinn's Pond Friday afternoon when he slipped off the board. Witnesses saw him surface before disappearing beneath the water. Boise Fire's technical rescue and dive teams were deployed. Rescue efforts took nearly 1 hour and 20 minutes to locate Chiang and first aid was unsuccessful in reviving him.
He was pronounced dead in the emergency department.

According to the Boise Fire Department, the 66-year-old man died. There are no signs of foul play, and the cause of death is likely drowning.
Battalion Chief Tom Moore said several witnesses were able to point out where they last saw him, and using that information, firefighters were stationed at each spot to direct the dive team.
It took about an hour and 20 minutes to find him.
The Ada County Coroner's Office will release the official cause of death after the next of kin has been notified.

Boise Fire is currently on scene for a water rescue at Quinn's Pond.
Around 4 P.M. a 66-year-old man was paddle boarding when he slipped off his board, he came back up before disappearing underwater again.
Several units are on scene including BFD's Dive 1 and Tech 7 units.
The Boise Dive team has found the man and first responders are performing CPR. He has been transported to the hospital.
