Coroner identifies man who drowned in Quinn's Pond while paddle boarding

BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — Update: The Ada County Coroner's Office has identified the 66-year-old man who drowned in Quinn's Pond while paddle boarding on Friday. Chen-Tsung Chiang of Taipei City, Taiwan was paddle boarding on Quinn's Pond Friday afternoon when he slipped off the board. Witnesses saw him surface before disappearing beneath the water. Boise Fire's technical rescue and dive teams were deployed. Rescue efforts took nearly 1 hour and 20 minutes to locate Chiang and first aid was unsuccessful in reviving him. Read More...
